Tender Flower Yoga DEMO Class (Free Event)
Join Federica Torri, founder of Tender Flower Yoga, for a 60-minute Restorative Yoga Class on April 22nd at 6:30 PM. This gentle session will help you relax and release tension using props for comfortable poses. You will also explore a mudra (a symbolic hand shape), along with inspiring words and images. This class encourages deep rest and connection with your inner self.

Inversion Foundations
Move mindfully into the world of inversions. Any asana that features the head below the heart is considered inverted. We'll take a look at an array of postures from the sturdy and familiar Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), the compact and grounded Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana), and onward to more adventurous inversions like Headstand, Forearmstand, and Handstand. Bring your questions! This is an interactive session, with time for demonstration, group practice, and individual guidance. This workshop is not recommended for folks with glaucoma, pregnant folks without prior inversion experience, or other persons with contraindicated conditions.

Yoga w/ Friends
Grab a yoga pal, and get ready to stretch, balance, and breathe together. This lighthearted workshop is designed to get you moving and exploring the fun, silly, and sometimes humbling world of partnered asana. Try various folds, strength-based postures, standing balances, and maybe a few inversions with your friend, spouse, auntie, neighbor, valentine... Come with a partner, or be paired with a fellow yogi on site. Participants should be prepared to give and receive hands-on support under guidance.
