Each week will touch upon a specific theme that influences our lives. Based on the ancient Yogic system, the themes will progressively build upon each other, encouraging personal growth and well-being.

In addition to three in-person (virtual participation also available) Yoga Nidra sessions each week (M/W/F @ 6pm), participants will have access to theme-specific recordings for daily practice at home throughout the seven week series. Each session begins with a gentle yoga-based warm-up, tailored to support the weekly themes, physically and energetically. (These sessions will also be offered virtually in the event you are unable to participate in person at any point during the series.) Participants will also be guided through breathwork techniques that support a greater inner awareness. Finally, a Transformative Yoga Nidra journal will be given to each participant - complete with trackers, graphs and prompts to help record progress and enhance your journey in tangible ways.
