Grab a yoga pal, and get ready to stretch, balance, and breathe together. This lighthearted workshop is designed to get you moving and exploring the fun, silly, and sometimes humbling world of partnered asana. Try various folds, strength-based postures, standing balances, and maybe a few inversions with your friend, spouse, auntie, neighbor, valentine... Come with a partner, or be paired with a fellow yogi on site. Participants should be prepared to give and receive hands-on support under guidance.
