Rooted in Rest: Sound Bath w/ Carla Luna
House 403 welcomes Carla Luna- licensed therapist, reiki master and sound healer- for a special sound bath event on Sunday, August 9th. This immersive experience uses the vibrations and frequencies of sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes to calm your central nervous system. Participants set up in a reclined, supported shape and rest while the sound washes over them. The practice may also include a guided meditation or gentle breathwork.
Carla is a therapist, mother, grandmother and cancer survivor whose healing journey began in 2010 after facing pancreatic cancer. That life-changing experience forced her to slow down and prioritize her own physical and emotional well-being—something she hadn’t done in years as a busy mom of two.
With a degree in nutrition and a passion for holistic wellness, Carla began integrating mind-body-spirit healing into her personal recovery and eventually into her offerings. She offers people what she wishes she had back then: care that sees every layer of who you are—emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual.
Carla is trained in and facilitates many healing modalities, including soundbath, breathwork, Reiki, and cacao practice.
